Who We Are

We’re a group of dedicated students of yoga & mind-body arts who have a passion for teaching what we know. All of our teachers offer quality instruction with the wellbeing of each individual as our priority. Owner Mary Bolton has been teaching yoga & meditation since 2005 and is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500) with the Yoga Alliance. She has been studying yoga, meditation, & related fields for more than 25 years. In 2009, she moved from Boulder, Colorado, to Puerto Vallarta, and then to San Pancho in 2011. She brings a wealth of experience & a welcoming spirit to her classes & studio.

Class Descriptions

Gentle Yoga – a slow easeful practice to increase strength, mobility, & balance, with gentle movement, breath, therapeutics, & restorative poses

Integral Yoga  –  a hatha yoga class that approaches each asana as a moving meditation, incorporating deep relaxation, pranayama, & meditation to create a physical & mental awareness of one’s true nature

Hatha Flow Yoga  – a moderate-paced practice with an emphasis on alignment, breath, & internal awareness, to rejuvenate your entire system & reconnect to your spirit

Vinyasa Yoga – a faster-paced, dynamic practice linking breath with movement, exploring more challenging asanas while refining alignment & breath

Yin Yoga  – a quiet yet profound practice targeting connective tissues (ligaments, joints, bones, & the fascia network of the body) by holding positions for 3-5 minutes

Kundalini Yoga – movement, dynamic breathing, mantras, & meditation, to provide an uplifting blend of physical & spiritual practice based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan

Community Yoga – hatha and/or flow based evening classes to complete your day with peace & wellbeing

Feldenkrais: Awareness Through Movement – gentle non-strenuous movement with attentive repetition to discover how to move with more comfort and efficiency
